Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone upcoming film

Piku is an upcoming Indian comedy film , Shoojit Sircar is the director of the film and the producer is  Juhi Chaturvedi. Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone are acting the leading role in this movie. Irfan Khan , Moushumi Chatterjee and Jishu Sengupta  portray supporitng roles.Piku hits screen on 8 May 2015.

The first look of “Piku Trailer” shows the ups and downs of father and daughter relationship and highlights the patience , and love is key when it comes to caring for the elderly.The movie shows the strength of a young woman who were handling the responsibilties , job and look after of her father.Through the film is primarily  about Deepika(Piku) and her father in the City of Joy , Kolkata the main issue is about “constipation and motions” seems is the main theme of movie. .

 This is the first time that the beauty has shed the glam ,looking absolutely lovely  but she plays the dutiful, patient and resposible daughter to her ninety  year old son.For this role of Piku , Padukone learned Bengali as her character is from Bengal. Intially , there were early reports that Jisshu Sengupta was cast as the romantic lead role opposite to Padukone , but it has confirmed that Jisshu will playing Deepika’s best friend in this movie and Irfan Khan will play the romantic lead opposite of Deepika Padkone.

Bombay Velvet is an upcoming Hindi crime drama film directed and co-produced by Anurag Kashyap , story based on historian Gyan Prakash’s book Mumbai Fables. Ranbir Kapoor , Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in the leading role , Mohit Chauhan will provide the male voice for songs in this film.

The film was initially to be produced by Viacom 18 but Fox Star Studios co-produced it with Phantom Films.This movie is based on Gyan Prakash’s book Mumbai Fables and set in early 1950’s to 1970’s before Mumbai became a city. Parakash is one of the scriptwriter for the film.

Ranbir Kapoor will act a role of street fighter , whilst Anushka Sharma will appear as a jazz singer , as well as his love interest in the film Director Karan Johar will make his acting debut on this film . On Karan’s acting Vikas Bahl said that “ I think there is a beautiful actor hidden in Karan. I’m sure he will make the character bigger than the actor . Ranbir said that “There is no process in selecting the kind of work I do. I feel very lucky  to be working with one of the best filmmakers in the history of Bollywood industry .The first trailer of "Bombay Velvet" was released on 28^th January 2015.The film will be released in two versions , one for Indian audience and other for an international release for Oscar Awards Nominations .The film release on 15 May 2015 in all over the world.
